House robbery:

Four men fled with various household items after robbing a home in Brakpan North yesterday (Thursday).

A female occupant in the house, situated along Biggs Avenue, saw two men at the gate at around 1.30pm and went outside to confront them.

The men forced her back inside the house, while two other men in a black Mercedes Benz drove into the yard.

The victim was taken to a bedroom where the robbers bound her hands with a belt.

She was left in the room while the robbers ransacked the house.

They took a TV, sound system and other valuable items.

Burglary:

• Voortrekker Road (business).

The break-in took place on Wednesday.

Stolen: TVs, a radio, home theatre system and cellphones.

• Boven Avenue, in Leachville.

The home was burgled yesterday.

Stolen: A TV.
