Long-serving police members from the Ekurhuleni Central Cluster were honoured for their loyal service at a medal parade, in Boksburg, on Wednesday, last week.

Brenthurst resident Col Eben Scheepers was the recipient of a 30-year service medal. Elsabè Scheepers is the colonel's proud wife.
Sgt Faith Ntuli (left) was the recipient of a 10-year service medal. Capt Pearl van Staad, spokesperson for the Brakpan SAPS, received a 20-year service medal. The police officers were among many from the local station who were recognised for their dedicated service.
