In encouraging an active lifestyle, the City of Ekurhuleni, in partnership with Gauteng provincial government, will on Wednesday, celebrate World Move for Your Health Day, at the Tsakane Stadium.

The event starts with a 3km fun walk from the stadium at 8am and ends at the corner of Tsakane and Banana roads.

This will be followed by an aerobics session and participation in different sporting codes including soccer, pass the ball, ring hopping and rugby throw.

Health screening for hypertension, pap smears and testing for signs of non-communicable disease will be conducted throughout the day.
