* Seven dogs were poisoned at a plot along 10th Street, in Withok Estates.

The homeowner heard his dogs barking at 2.45am on Wednesday and went outside to investigate.

He found the body of one of his dogs in the front garden while the others were found on the other side of the property.

The man told police that the animals had white foam coming from their mouths.

* A business along Prince George Avenue, in Brenthurst, was burgled of a laptop and cash, on Wednesday.

Entrance was gained through the roof.

* A Dalpark family were robbed in their Wordsworth Street home last night (Thursday).

Two armed men entered the house at 8pm and threatened the residents with a gun.

The robbers took cellphones, cash, jewellery and a television set.

They fled in a white BMW.
