Van Biljon motivates at business networking event

Hirsch’s Carnival hosted their first monthly business networking event on Thursday morning, last week.
The guest speaker was Chris van Biljon, CEO and founder of the Ekurhuleni Business Initiative and Ekurhuleni Captains of Industry Forum, who spoke on the topic, “Why network?”.
Guests also received an opportunity to network freely before the start of the presentation.
The business networking event will take place at Hirsch’s Carnival every last Thursday of the month.
The next event will be a Media Breakfast on Thursday, February 2.
The guest speaker will be Carlene du Toit , group sales manager of Caxton Newspapers Central East division.
The topic is ‘Why advertising is important for any business’.
The event starts at 8.30am for 9am.
There is no charge but booking is essential.
Hirsch’s Carnival is situated at 22 Nossob Street, in Dalpark.
