A robber threatened and robbed two boys on Saturday, in Brenthurst, while they were riding their bicycles.
The man came running at the boys at the corner of Van der Merwe and Austin streets, at about 10am.
He stopped and informed them that he was going to steal their cellpones. and, when they tried to hide their phones, the robber became aggravated.
He told the victims he would shoot them if they didn’t co-operate and forcefully grabbed their cellphones.
A case of common robbery was opened at the Brakpan Police Station.
