Brakpan-based XKT (Xtreme Kickboxing Technologies) president and Great North 2 Tournament director shihan Raymond Phillips will host one of the biggest kickboxing events in Africa, sanctioned by SAAKA, at the Brakpan Indoor Sports Centre on Saturday, August 20.
The tournament is an open competition for all amateur SAAKA-affiliated fighters in the styles of semi-contact, light contact, full contact, K1 and forms.
Fighters come from all over southern Africa in the quest to win gold.
The competition will begin at 9.30am.
