The Benoni Lions Club is appealing to residents to donate their unwanted or second-hand books.
The club holds several monthly book sales in Brakpan and the surrounding areas in order to raise funds for its community projects.
“If you wish to donate some of the books that are overcrowding your shelves at home, we will gladly collect them for our sale tables,” said the club’s public relations officer, Gillian Bailey.
