Last year’s festive gift-wrapping service raised over R2.4-million.
Sureshnie Rider, Roxy Burger and Rob Forbes got into the festive swing of things on Sunday, December 6, when they helped launch Checkers’ annual gift-wrapping service at the Checkers Hyper in the Mall of Carnival.
Consumers can have their gifts beautifully wrapped in exchange for a small donation at all Checkers supermarkets nationwide until December 24.
All proceeds are donated to a local charity organisation in the vicinity of the relevant store.
