Four burglaries occurred over the weekend

According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan Police over the weekend (July 31,August 1 and 2):

Friday

In Boven Avenue, Leachville, a house was broken into and a TV set was stolen.

At the corner of Rangeview Street and Heidelberg Road, Dalpark, a robbery occurred when one vehicle cut-off another and a handbag and jewellery were stolen.

A motorcycle parked in Gardiner Street was stolen.

Two houses in Satynhout Avenue, Leachville, were broken into. Cash, a PlayStation, a TV set and cellphones were stolen.

A burglary occurred at a business situated in Denne Road, Vulcania. A camera decoder, palletised material and a pile of plastic rolls were stolen.

Saturday

A woman’s handbag was stolen while she was standing in the parking lot at the Mall@Carnival. The suspect grabbed her bag and ran away.

A vehicle parked in Swanson Street, Sherwood Gardens, was stolen.

Sunday

A vehicle parked in Voortrekker Road was broken into. Cash, a car radio and a cellphone were stolen.
