Win a gospel album

Gospel singer Thabiso Moloi (32) recently released a new album, ''I come to you'', and one lucky reader stands a chance to win it.

Moloi, who lives in Brakpan, shared some facts about himself with the Herald.

“I became an orphan at the age of 12; I witnessed my mother’s murder and everything felt like it was falling apart,” he said.

“My grandmother took me in with open arms and she raised me to love the Lord. I found refuge in God and music.”

Thabiso also said that his music became a comfort place where his mind could escape the trauma and the pain he went through.

“I am an adult now and I still pray for the pain to go away and the strength to forgive the man who killed my mother,” he added.

He projects his pain through this truly emotional and personal album and also played a major role in producing it. He tells his story the best way he knows how, and that is through the power of music.

“This album is my testimony and being able to share it with people makes everything easy,” said Thabiso.

He knows and believes that, through patience, perseverance, hard work and the spirit of faith, all his heart’s desires will become a reality.
