Free WiFi at all SANBS Donor Centres
The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) continuously looks at improving the donor experience.
Donors will be offered free WiFi for one hour, from today (Monday) at all the donor centres.
“We know that many of our donors spend much of their time on social media platforms and downloading other applications.
“Now, with compliments of SANBS, you have 60 minutes of free access to the internet.” said Vanessa Raju, National Communications Manager of SANBS.
All donors, who donate blood at any of the centres, will receive free WiFi for one hour every 56 days or on their next visit to donate blood.
Donors, who donate platelets, will receive their free WiFi for an hour every four weeks, or on their next visit.
SANBS are encouraging people to take ‘selfies’ of their donation and post it on the SANBS Facebook page or on SANBS Twitter.
Brakpan residents can donate blood at the SANBS donor centre situated at the Mall@Carnival (shop 84).
