Two burglaries were reported.
A bicycle, jewellery, television set and sound system were stolen from addresses along Zeeman Street, Brenthurst, and McMillan Street, Brakpan North.
An attempted burglary was reported at a home in Burns Road, Dalpark.
The safety gate and kitchen door to the house had been forced open, but nothing was stolen.
Two cars parked on the same property along Bester Street, Minnebron, were broken into.
The wheels were stolen from one, while the other was robbed of its radio.
Saturday
Computers, hard drives and software were stolen from a house in 10th Street, Withok Estates.
Sunday
A case of business burglary was opened after a man was found inside the premises of a local bank, along Voortrekker Street.
A patrolling security guard discovered the man inside the bank at about 6.45am.
It is not known how he gained access and nothing was stolen.
The would-be burglar was arrested by Brakpan police.
