These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.
The municipality has appealed to residents to cooperate with the company epresentatives by granting them access to their properties.
For security reasons, residents are advised to always request for identification before granting them access into their property.
“As a form of identification, they will be carrying identity cards bearing the Ekurhuleni logo and will also reflect telephone numbers that can be contacted for confirmation,” said metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe.
“They will also be wearing Ekurhuleni branded T-shirts”.
Their operating hours will be from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.
