London Goes SA concert comes to Carnival

Buoyed by the resounding success of the inaugural concert at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo Theatre, in London, last year, the spellbinding London Goes SA concert has been brought home.

The music spectacular will take place in Carnival City’s Big Top Arena, on February 27 and 28.

The stellar line-up includes Bok van Blerk, Jay, Elvis Blue, Blackbyrd, Theuns Jordaan and the legendary Clare Johnston, of Mango Groove.

The master of ceremonies for London Goes SA will be the hilarious and entertaining Peter Mitchell — nicknamed ”The Scotsman”, due to his excellent and entertaining renditions of Scottish classics, such as Flower of Scotland.

“We are delighted to host the first-ever London Goes SA Tour in South Africa,” said Michelle Smith, marketing manager at Carnival City.

“Some of South Africa’s top selling artists are collaborating for this rare music event and it promises to be one of the highlights of the summer 2015 entertainment calendar.”
