The City of Ekurhuleni is requesting that residents, whose municipal reference number for their query/complaint that start with 49, report them again.
This is because of a technical glitch caused by the City implementing a new system to improve efficiency in resolving queries.
To report your municipal query/complaint, contact the City on 0860 543 000 or utilise other service request platforms.
