SPCA chair pledges to sleep in the kennels if donation target is reached
Donations can be made until midnight on September 1.
The Brakpan SPCA is calling on members of the public to help put their chairperson behind bars – the bars of a kennel that is.
This unusual request is all in the name of fun and raising money for the local society. As part of her birthday wish, chairperson Sanette Bosman has challenged the community to raise R25 000.
If the target is reached, Bosman, who celebrates her birthday on August 25, will spend 25 hours in one of the kennels at the SPCA.
This includes a sleepover. Bosman will post updates on social media and share her experience.
