New My CoE app boasts more features

The new mobile app, named My CoE App, replaces the My Ekurhuleni app.

Traffic information and 24-hour municipal services news are two of the new features of the new app launched by the City of Ekurhuleni.

The new mobile app, named My CoE App, replaces the My Ekurhuleni app, which was launched in 2018.

Residents can also log queries and monitor them through the app at the touch of a button.

The app is interlinked to the city’s online payment system Siyakhokha, which is used to view, manage and pay municipal accounts conveniently.

The My CoE app can be downloaded from the Play/App stores.

Should residents experience any problem in downloading or navigating the new app, they can contact the city on 011 999 5102.
