Keep safe when you go out to shops

Safety should still be a priority.

With the country moving to lockdown Level 3 from Monday, the retail and wholesale sector will be opened up and the public will be able to access more shops and buy more goods.

While this is welcomed, safety should still be a priority.

When you go out shopping keep the following in mind:

  • Always wear a mask – this is compulsory in all shops.
  • Practice social distancing at all times.
  • Use hand sanitiser.
  • Wash your hands frequently (also before going to the shops and when you return home)
  • When you cough or sneeze in public cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your arm and not your hands.
