Good year for Dan Triangle

The Dan Triangle Karate Club, instructed by sensei Chris Anthony, capped off an excellent year for the club.

Michael Conroy (left) and Dirren Moodley were announced as the Sport Stars of the Year at the Dan Triangle Karate Club year-end prize-giving function.

The Dan Triangle Karate Club, instructed by sensei Chris Anthony, capped off an excellent year for the club and its members with their annual year-end prize-giving function at the Brakpan Indoor Sports Centre on November 28.

These members of the Brakpan and Dalview Dan Triangle Club dojos received medals at the annual year-end prize-giving function.
They are, back: Bruce Mosia, Debbie Watt, Michael Conroy, Dirren Moodley, Nicholas de Vaux and Marco Companerut. Middle: Calib Janneker, Tyler and Camden Fourie and Lesedi Sopeng. Front: Justin Bryce and Jason Coulson, Thuthuka Makuala, Matthew Philipps, Athisang Motaung and Bradley Ruthven. Absent: Lester Roussouw, Dean Markram, Aubrey Shai, Lesego Shai, Lusanda Shai and Christopher Thela.

These members were awarded trophies for showing good spirit, hard training, dedication, discipline, motivation and not missing classes.
