• Friday – Cash was stolen during a break-in at a residence in Derby Avenue.
* A home in Hannes Visagie Street, Withok, was burgled of TVs and a laptop. Three motorbikes parked on the property were also stolen.
• Saturday – The occupants of a house in Selbourne Street, Anzac, were robbed by an unknown number of intruders.
After hearing his dog barking at 4am, one of the victims got up to investigate and found an unknown man in his house.
The man ordered the victim to lie down and tied him up.
Once the intruders had fled, the victim made his way to his brother’s bedroom where he found his sibling had also been tied up.
The robbers took TVs, laptops and cellphones.

* A motorbike engine was stolen from an address in Germains Avenue.
* Truck wheels were stolen during a robbery at a business along 10th Road in Withok Estates.
Nine robbers gained access to the premises at about 2am and held the security guard at gunpoint.
• Sunday – Various household items, including TVs, digital cameras and a laptop, were stolen from a home in Vrede Street, Dalview.
* A home in Elizabeth Eybers Street, Dalpark, was burgled of a TV, wristwatch, sound system and microwave.
* A smash-and-grab was reported along the N17 highway at the R23 off-ramp.
The incident took place at about 6.40pm while the driver was stationary at the traffic lights.
A man smashed the passenger window and grabbed a handbag from the front seat.
The bag contained a cellphone, cash, bank cards and personal documents.
Other cases:
• Thursday – A car parked along Damara Street in Leachville was broken into. A leather jacket and other valuables were stolen from the vehicle.
* A white Hyundai H100 was stolen from an address along Stoffberg Avenue.
* Two dogs were poisoned and killed at a home along Porter Avenue. A black Aprilia motorbike was stolen from the property.

• Reckless and negligent driving: 2
• Possession of drugs: 1
• Dealing in drugs: 1
