Ekurhuleni’s call to SMMEs

The City of Ekurhuleni, in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Economic Development, is inviting all SMMEs in the craft, fashion design, film and music industries, to the Intellectual Property (IP) and Music Rights Awareness Roadshow set for Friday, September 7.
Germiston Theatre will be a hub of information on the day, and the main objective of the roadshow is to bring the following services closer to communities:
• Copyright registration.
• Registration for royalty distribution.
• IP legal protection and contracting advisory services.
• Sponsorships towards market ready crafters.
• Registration for SMME financial and non-financial support.
