Thami Mnyele Fine Arts Awards open for artwork submissions

Artists invited to submit their artwork for the 31st Thami Mnyele Fine Arts exhibition.

The City of Ekurhuleni, in collaboration with the Lizamore and Associates Mentorship Programme, is calling on all artists to enter the prestigious, nationally acclaimed Thami Mnyele Fine Arts Awards – its 31st edition.

The judges will select an exhibition of the best artwork.

The artwork must have been completed 12 months preceding the close of the entry date.

“We encourage artists who specialise in contemporary fine arts to start preparing their work while there is still time before the final submission dates,” said member of the mayoral committee for community services, Clr Dora Mlambo.
