‘Mr Comrades’ is coming to our neighbourhood
Fordyce, who brought the parkrun initiative to South Africa, will share some insight ahead of and run the 5km timed route tomorrow (Saturday).
Don’t forget that ‘Mr Comrades’, nine-time Comrades Marathon winner and South African road running legend Bruce Fordyce will attend and show his support for the recently launched Brakpan Parkrun.
