Roadblock on the N17 to wrap up the festive season
A massive roadblock is currently being conducted on the N17 freeway in Brakpan.
The operation is a combined effort of the Ekurhuleni Central Cluster, the Ekurhuleni East Cluster, Gauteng Traffic Police, the EMPD, Arrive Alive and members of the CPF.

Motorists are being pulled over and vehicles are checked for roadworthiness and searched for any illegal items.
The roadblock forms part of a special festive season operation and is set to continue until 2pm this afternoon (Friday).
