King Kenneth Dube does it again

“I have won three out of four Sun International Heineken Pro-Ams, which I believe is a record at Sun City.”

Kenneth Dube, Royal Oak Country Club’s golf director and club professional, was again top of the pile in the pro scores at the Professional Golfers Association of South Africa’s Sun International Heineken Pro-Am at the Gary Player Country Club at Sun City, last week.

On Tuesday, June 13, Dube led the professionals after 36 holes with 73 points.

He gained further ground on Wednesday, June 14, to seal the deal with a fantastic 41 points through the renowned Gary Player course.

“It’s what I do – I win,” joked the Royal Oak professional.

“I have won three out of four Sun International Heineken Pro-Ams, which I believe is a record at Sun City.”

This week Dube was again competing, this time on the Sunshine Tour’s Big Easy Tour-MENA Tour’s The Roar tournament at Waterkloof Golf Club in Pretoria.

After the opening day’s play on Tuesday Dube was in tied 10th position after shooting 75.
