Ward councillor urges all Brakpan residents to attend important meeting.
Brakpan residents are encouraged to attend a meeting on Thursday evening , October 27, where ‘Plastic City’ will be on top of the agenda.
According to DA ward councillor Brandon Pretorius, the meeting will provide more information about the informal settlement, a new development in the area and the way forward.
“We need the community to stand together so we can fight the matter together,” said Pretorius.
“This issue affects every Brakpan resident and I’m sure everyone has had enough.”
The meeting starts at 6.30pm at Tweedy Park.
