Brakpan police presented certificates of appreciation to Tony Freeman, from Tupperware (left), and Marioné Barnard, from Junior Academy, in Boksburg, for their support of a local police project.
Each donated a Policemate inkpad to the local SAPS.
The inkpads have been vital in the SAPS’ Reaching Out to the Community project, which aims to expedite the process of identifying children should they go missing.
The certificates were handed over by Lieut-Col Ramolifi Phalane and Capt Joep Joubert at the Brakpan Police Station on Monday morning.
