Brakpan police made the following arrests over the weekend:

• Possession of drugs: 7

• Speeding: 6

• Housebreaking and theft/possession of stolen property: 1

• Possession of unlicensed firearm: 1

• Drunk driving: 30

• Shoplifting: 1

• Drinking in public: 2

• General theft: 3
