Expect the unexpected

David Kau will reprise his role as MC, amidst a flock of funny men and women, in a comedy show simply not to be missed.

The Blacks Only Comedy Show will return to Emperors Palace’s Centre Court for one night only, on May 30.

Audience members can expect the unexpected as the comedians lined up don’t play by any rules and tell things as they are.

Since the show’s inception, 11 years ago, Blacks Only has been performed to over one million South Africans and has become a household name among entertainment enthusiasts in the country.

Blacks Only stand-up comedy is known for its cutting-edge humour and close to the bone stories.

The line-up never fails to disappoint with award-winning comedians, as well as a dip into the vast well of South Africa’s untapped talent.

All under one roof, sharing one stage, the comedians who have been added to the bill include Trevor Gumbi, Skhumba Hlophe, Schalk Bezuidenhout, Thapelo ”Tips” Seemise, Muzi Dlamini and Mashabela Galane.

Audience members and comedy lovers can look forward to some relatively new acts, for a fresh take on the absurd and ridiculous world we live in.
