Today (Wednesday) is our collection day, and I have two wheelie bins, one which I bought about four years ago because I was sick of the mess they left, and the other wheelie bin is the one which the council has distributed.
I am absolutely livid as they emptied their own bin and left the other bin on my pavement unemptied.
I find this ridiculous as the truck is fitted with the device to lift and tip the bin, plus there is no mess left on the road.
What is their reasoning?
Is someone getting a backhander from the bins supplied by the council?
What difference does it make where the bin comes from or what colour it is?
I just cannot believe or understand their logic, or lack of it.
