Lone house robber on the prowl in Dalpark
Resident robbed in his home on Tuesday afternoon.
A midday sleep turned into a nightmare for a Dalpark resident when he was robbed in his Wordsworth Street home on Tuesday.
According to information received from Brakpan SAPS, the victim was awakened at around 13:30 by a noise at the front door.
He got up and found a man dressed in a striped red T-shirt and blue jeans on his doorstep. The victim told the man to leave.

The man made a comment about shooting, suggesting he was armed with a gun.
The victim was then forced back into the bedroom and the robber closed the door.
When the victim could no longer hear the man in the house, he came out of the room and found a TV and three cellphones had been stolen.
A case of house robbery is under investigation.
