Two injured in Brakpan North gyrocopter crash
The crash site attracted a large number of onlookers.
Two people were injured when a gyrocopter crashed in the veld near Abramowitz Street in Brakpan North this morning (Wednesday).
It is believed the gyrocopter’s two occupants, a flight instructor and a student, had to make an emergency landing.
They were transported to hospital for medical attention.
Police and emergency services were on the scene. The South African Civil Aviation Authority was also notified.
