Members of the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit arrested a Geluksdal father and his son after they were found in possession of narcotics valued at almost R9 000.
The arrests were made at an address along Castro Street around 3pm on Wednesday, last week.
According to Kobeli Mokheseng, EMPD spokesperson, the suspects, aged 58 and 20, were found in possession of an assortment of drugs including dagga, cocaine, mandrax and crack cocaine (rocks).
The drugs have a street value estimated at R8 700.
The pair also had R980 cash in their possession.

The drugs and money were seized and the men were detained at the Tsakane Police Station where charges of possession and dealing in illicit substances were levelled against them.
