Women are the focus of SAPS dialogue

The event was a dialogue session themed 'Women, Are You Free?' and was held at the Assembly of God Fellowship Church.

The Brakpan SAPS, together with other stakeholders, hosted an event in honour of Women’s Month last Thursday.

The event was well supported and women from all walks of life attended. Stakeholders present on the day included the City of Ekurhuleni, Rata Social Services, the National Prosecuting Authority, the Brakpan SAPS Youth Desk and CPF, the Department of Education and Department of Social Development, as well as non-profit organisations such as Save the Children and Leratong.
