Tournament launches club
M&A Netball Club launched their club with a tournament on Saturday at Laerskool Die Arend.
The club, which will be based at the Brakpan Sports Grounds, is planning to host more tournaments with the next one being on August 17.
Babcock Mix and Zest were the big winners on Saturday with the former winning the mixed (men and women) teams tournament and the latter emerging victorious in the women’s tournament.

Babcock reigned supreme with Not Fast but Furious coming second in the mixed team category. Ravenclaw came third with Awkward Turtles being fourth.
Babcock were also strong in the women’s tournament as they came second behind Zest. Gryffindor were third while Hufflepuff finished fourth.
M&A believe that their next tournament will be even bigger.
