GALLERY: Excitement at netball tournament
The Warriors outplayed Lily Whites in the much-anticipated main match of the day.
Arc Warriors emerged as the big winners at the Dalview Netball Tournament on Saturday. The mixed team (comprising men and women) went through the day unbeaten as they capped the day off with a 16-5 win over the Lily Whites.
There had been lots of excitement in the build-up as the Lily Whites are represented by players from the Brakpan Rugby Club, but the Arc Warriors showed why they had beaten all their opponents on the day.

They had earlier beaten Groepwoeps (10-8) and Dudes and Boobs Mix (14-9) in the mixed group A section.
Section B was dominated by a team called The Opposition. They beat KPNC Mix 19-3 and Blimsenbende 26-4.
LA Flames were the top team in the women’s A division as they beat Dashing Divas 23-15 and KPNC Ladies 13-10.
The B section was won by Brakpanzels, who beat E Lemon Ators 24-14, D & B Ladies 15-10 and Pink Magic 14-10.
The next round round of the tournament will be on June 29 at the Dalview Tennis Club.
