Music Alla Kaap heads to Carnival City with All-4-One and others

All-4-One celebrates their 25th anniversary this year and continues to tour.

Fans of real good, feel good music are in for a super treat when Grammy Award winning California-based quartet, All-4-One, and several of South Africa’s best loved artists collaborate for an outstanding show on March 23 at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena.

The show, Music Alla Kaap is produced and conceptualised by veteran entertainer and producer, Alistair Izobell.

His popular Music Alla Kaap concert series is now in its sixth year and is venturing to Gauteng for the first time in 2019.

Also in the star-studded line-up for the show are Alistair Izobell himself, Emo Adams, Sasha-Lee Davids, Niesa Abrahams and some other aspiring artists.

All of the performers will be backed by the very best South African musicians in a hand-picked 10-piece band.

All-4-One celebrates their 25th anniversary this year and continues to tour as the original members (Tony Borowiak, Delious Kennedy, Alfred Nevarez and Jamie Jones).

They will be performing the newly recorded track, Africa Arise for the very first time with the very talented home-grown star, Sasha-Lee Davids.

This moving song is written by Alistair Izobell.

All-4-One, the absolute highlight of the show, is known for their beautiful, timeless love songs and topping radio charts around the world for years.

Get ready to bask in nostalgia as they perform the likes of I Swear, I Can Love You Like That, So Much in Love, I Turn to You, These Arms, Beautiful as You and many more.

Undeniably one of their best received singles, I Swear claimed the Billboard Hot 100 number one spot for 11 consecutive weeks, whilst sales sky rocketed to hold the number one selling single status in 1994 and third most successful single of the rock era.

The song still holds a spot on the Billboard’s “Hot 100”as one of the most successful singles of all time and has been named by ASCAP as one of the greatest love songs of the 20th Century.

I Swear is recorded in history with an imprint in the Guinness’s World Book of records (as the biggest selling single of 1994).

Fans can watch the group perform this live and sing their hearts out to the original by its original artists.

“We are delighted that Music Alla Kaap is headed for the East Rand for the first time ever,” said Michelle Smith, marketing manager of Carnival City.

“With this kind of line-up of fantastic entertainment on the bill, we hope to see young and old come together for this music spectacular.”

The show starts at 8pm.
