Mrs Fourie writes by email:
At long last, the damage to part of the fence at Tweedy Park has been fixed by the person responsible.
The open entrance gate, however, is still a huge problem.
They are already attempting to steal vehicles from the premises.
What if they start breaking into the flats/cottages?
There are a lot of single people staying there.
Some of them are not physically strong and will not be able to protect themselves against intruders/thieves.
The management of Tweedy Park and the metro’s housing department must get their act together and see to it that the aged get the proper security they deserve.
