The City of Ekurhuleni continued with its clean city campaign on Friday, last week, focusing on the City’s open spaces and schools.
The campaign has gained momentum since its launch in October and has managed to mobilise both society and business to ensure a clean environment.
On Friday, communities of Daveyton Extension Two heeded the call and helped to clean an open piece of land along Mathewson and Sihoko streets.
The next round of the cleaning campaign will focus on community hostels on Friday, May 27.
