Electricity supply infrastructure expanded in Brakpan

The City of Ekurhuleni will be installing a new mini-substation in Geluksdal in order to increase the electrical network capacity.

To make way for the installation work, Ekurhuleni technicians have scheduled power supply interruptions that will affect certain streets in the area between 8am and 4pm on the following dates:

• May 5: Roux Hanson Street and Rheumanella Drive;
• May 10: Squarehill Crescent;
• May 12: Westehoek Street and  Dorian Crescent;
• May 17: Joule and Lumen streets.
