The mayor of Ekurhuleni has congratulated the top achievers in the class of 2015.
Speaking in Randburg after the announcement of the Gauteng National Senior Certificate (NSC) results, Clr Mondli Gungubele said these youngsters were proof that nothing can defeat hard work.
“These youngsters should be considered role models in whose hands the future of our country lies. However, as South Africans we must also support those of our youngsters who could not make it last year. They must know that despite the temporary hiccough, we also have faith in them to pull through next time,” he said.
