Ingredients
- 45ml vodka
- 15ml triple sec
- 15ml cranberry juice
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Dash simple syrup
- Ice
- 60ml Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
Method
- Combine vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold.
- Taste and if the mixture seems to tart, add a dash of simple syrup or agave.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass then top with Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
