This dish only requires a few ingredients and takes 30 minutes to prepare.
You will need:
- One packet potato gnocchi.
- 500g mince.
- One medium onion, chopped.
- Eight cooked bacon strips, crumbled and divided.
- One cup water.
- Half a cup fresh cream.
- One tablespoon tomato sauce.
- A quarter teaspoon salt.
- A quarter teaspoon pepper.
- One and a half cups grated cheddar cheese.
- Half a cup chopped tomatoes.
- Two spring onions, sliced.

What to do:
Preheat grill. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in a large ovenproof pan, cook mince and onion, crumbling beef, over medium heat until no longer pink, four to six minutes.
Stir in half of the bacon; add gnocchi, water, cream and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until sauce has thickened, three to four minutes. Add seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese.
Grill for three to four minutes until cheese has melted. Top with tomatoes, spring onions and remaining bacon.
