Formerly the Queen of the Nile Buffet Restaurant, Rosetta’s has revolutionised the classic buffet offering that resonates value-for-money dining.
Inspired by the famous artefact, the Rosetta Stone, the restaurant boasts a fresh interior with contemporary finishes, an increased seating capacity of 290, and a modern feel that stimulates the senses.
Rosetta’s is subdivided into three different areas through the innovative use of sliding Mashrabiya screens (an Arabic term given to a projecting oriel window that is enclosed with carved wood latticework) where guests can enjoy simple, quality cooking and generous portions combined with impeccable service.
For those craving caffeine, the Bistro has introduced a brand new coffee concept, Blacksmith Coffee, featuring beautiful coffee blends from certified Fairtrade farms in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.
