Freakz teach Brakpan a netball lesson

Boksburg enjoys netball action.

The mixed match-up, which saw both men and women compete in both teams, saw Freakz emerge as 34-17 victors.

The league, which officially got underway on April 10, includes the first round of games, which will run until July 31. The second round of fixtures will then be released following the conclusion of the first round.

The second round is scheduled to run until November.

Commenting on her side’s win, she said: “We pride ourselves in hard work. We sometimes train for two hours and sometimes even three hours.”
Within the ENA are a total of 26 clubs and 28 teams. The Kempton Park Netball Club, as well as Totalnet Netball Club, field two teams each. The 28 total teams are also inclusive of five male-only teams and 13 mixed teams.
