The Boksburg Football Club is short of trainers and if you’re a coach and have a passion for the game, the Boksburg City Stadium outfit is looking for you.
According to Ernest Seforo, the club’s u-19 coach, the idea is for all the teams in the club to have two coaches each to neutralise the predicament of unforeseen circumstances where a coach can’t be present. With each team having two coaches, chances are at least one coach will always be available to guide a team.
Currently, the club boats eight teams: u-7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 17 and 19.
Training times for the u-7s to 12 is 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for the more senior sides, who train at the same time as the juniors.
Meanwhile, players who are interested in joining the club can still do so by reporting to training, depending on their age groups or by contacting Seforo on 079 721 6160.
