The Sunward Park Football Club, fondly known as the Tigers, held its year-end function (YEF) in Sunward Park on October 5.
Proceedings also included the exciting unveiling of a new kit set to be used by the Tigers next season. The kit, which was designed and supplied by British sportswear and football equipment supplier Umbro, will be representing the club’s 10th anniversary next year.
Next year will see four of the club’s teams compete in premier divisions.
* Aspiring young footballers who wish to join the club can look out on the Tigers’ Facebook page, ‘Sunward Park Tigers’ for updates on trials and other information concerning the club in preparation for the 2020 campaign.
A statement from the club read: ‘We would like to thank our members, parents, grandparents, sisters and brothers who have always made the time to bring the boys to practices and matches and even providing the tremendous support at games for the boys.
