Bantamweight striker Billy Oosthuizen will see out his six-match Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC) fight contract when he faces Asiashu Tshitamba (3-1-0) at EFC 81 in Pretoria on August 10.
The up-and-coming Boksburg mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter will be looking to finish on a high with his EFC record closely poised at 3-2.
There hasn’t been a word from EFC yet on what’s to follow when Oosthuizen completes his contract.
With both fighters each enjoying three wins in the EFC hexagon and wanting to impress, a fairly close match-up would be expected, but Oosthuizen has other ideas.
“I will make him bleed and sleep,” he vowed.
“At EFC 81, I’m ready to retake my glory and to set a point again. I will win and they (EFC organisation) will want to see more of me because I’m going to put out a spectacular performance.”
