Willemse, who’s now under the tutelage of 180 Degrees mentor Lance Jacobson, says she’s raring to go in the event, which will take place at the Kempton Park Civic Center.
“I love challenges, so I’m going there to challenge my limits, to be the best I can be and have fun,” she said.
Quizzed on her preparations for the show, Willemse (37) responded: “My coach is happy with my progress; at this stage he has made small changes to my diet.
“One can’t believe how much small change can have such major effect on the body. As from this week, he’ll be mentoring me every day and will base his decisions regarding a water drop and carb-up on my progress.”
Willemse will feature in the Fitness 35+ Class.
